Responsibilities
- During go-live, analyze, resolve/escalate problems encountered by the client to the designated project team
- Adhere to workflows established by lead Implementation Consultant
- Utilize appropriate strategies to effectively communicate with client users and project team
- Active engagement with clients to provide at the elbow support
- Active engagement with client users to encourage product adoption.
Documentation
• Produce timely documentation of onsite visit
• Provide information, advice, guidance and updates throughout the Go Live to assist management in eliminating risks and increase the likelihood of project success.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 100% of the time. May be away from home for up to or more than four nights per week, or as necessary to meet client needs.
Working arrangements: Monday through Friday, however may travel Saturday or Sunday. While onsite with client, ensure timeliness of arrival and departure times to client office.
Language: Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Required Skills
- Advanced level knowledge of Veradigm EHR with regards to front office workflows
- Ideal candidate will possess exemplary customer service and communication skills.
- Candidate must receive a passing grade on an application assessment.
